November Grand Junction Events to Put on your Calendar

Celebrate your family and thankfulness by attending these wonderful events around town!

Nov. 6 - Vienna Boy's Choir

The Vienna Boy's Choir is a collection of four separate ensembles of boys (ages10 - 14) who are nationally recognized and have performed in concert venues like New York's Carnegie Hall and Chicago's Symphony Hall. They will be performing at The Avalon Theater and doors will open at 6:00 p.m.

Nov. 11 - The National Park Service fee-free days

Celebrate Veteran's Day with free entry to Colorado National Monument. This is a perfect time to take your family to explore the beauty that is right around us!

Nov. 16 - Eli Young Band

Get a little country with the Eli Young Band on the 16th from 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.. The double-platinum group will be performing at Avalon Theatre and playing many of their amazing hits!

Nov. 16 - Downtown Tree Lighting

Downtown Grand Junction is once again hosting this fun, family-friendly event. Watch Santa wave his magical hand and sprinkle dust on Wells Fargo rooftop. All of the lights on Main Street (as well as the tree on 4th and Main) will light up simultaneously! Your kids will then have the opportunity to sit down with Santa! Don't miss this free event.

Nov. 24 - Craft Show 2018

Now is the time to buy some homemade gifts for Christmas! This event will be held at Two Rivers Convention Center on Main Street in Downtown Grand Junction from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Nov. 30 - Olde Fashioned Christmas

Bring your family to Downtown Palisade and experience all the Christmas holiday activities on the evening of November 30th and then all-day December 1st! There will be parades, cookies, music, Santa, FREE photos, Crafts, and more! The perfect event to ring in the season.
