5.  1776 K 6/10 Road, Fruita | $945,000 | 3 BD | 3 BA | 2,752 SF

This custom-built country home was constructed in 2016. It has a stunning open floor plan with a custom kitchen with an original refurbished antique gas range! There is a wonderful covered patio with an outdoor kitchen overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard & large pond. One of the coolest features of this home is the 8,000 square feet (SF), with a front section that is heated and finished with an overhead door and another section with 4 overhead doors, one to access both sides of the shop. There is also a 400 SF area in the first shop that is a finished apartment!

This home is in the award-winning golf community. The views it offers are absolutely stunning and the layout makes it feel expansive. We love the hardwood floors throughout, the detailed custom ceiling work, and the gourmet kitchen, but our favorite part is the floor-to-ceiling glass in EVERY ROOM highlighting the spectacular views! The covered patio, outdoor kitchen, lap pool, fire pit, and hot tub area create the perfectly-appointed entertainment area!

2. 365 High Desert Rd., Grand Junction | 1,425,000 | 4 BD | 6 BA | 6,102 SF

(Listed by CBDP, Jen Pedersen)

This home is a part of the Redlands Mesa Golf Course Community overlooking the 11th Fairway. The amazing finishes and open spaces throughout this home left us in awe. We love the floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to see the stunning views in every room. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances with a soapstone island & granite countertops. On top of all of this, the home also has a movie theater, a sophisticated game room, wet bar, fitness room and more!

1. 714 Curecanti Cir., Grand Junction | 2,240,000 | 3 BD | 5 BA | 8,787 SF

(Listed by RE/MAX 4000, INC)

This home is simply breath-taking. The views are absolutely SPECTACULAR as you overlook the Colorado River and have 360 degree views of city lights, the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa and the Bookcliffs. Even though this home is expansive, it is still cozy with beautiful beams throughout, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a wine room, a steam room and a flex room. We can certainly see why this home garnered the highest sales price in Grand Junction in 2018!
