May Mesa County Market Report

It's definitely summer in Grand Junction and the real estate market shows it! Homes spent 13 less days on the market than last month and almost 100 MORE homes were sold than April! Don't worry, however, that doesn't mean there is a shortage of homes. This month there were a total of 870 active listings. Check out more of the stats on the chart!
