July Featured Business - Imondi Wake Zone

One of our favorite local businesses is Imondi Wake Zone in Fruita, Colorado. We've featured Imondi before in the blog about new Grand Junction businesses, but they are definitely worth featuring again! Imondi is the only wake boarding park in Western Colorado (check out this video about them). Here are some of the things you can do at the park:

Cable Park

The cable park allows you to do the fun water sports you love without the boat. There are two cable systems along with Liquid Force board, vest and helmet sales and rentals. If you are nervous about jumping into this action, consider going for the two hours in the morning where they have "slow ride" and slow everything down so you can get the hang of it or learn new tricks!

Aqua park

There is a new aqua park for kids 6 and up at this Fruita park! So what does the new aqua park have that Imondi didn't already have? A series of inflatable runways, jumping pillows and bouncers that are connected and floating on the lake!

Stand-Up Paddle Boarding

If you are looking for more relaxing endeavors, this may be your perfect fit. If you are new to paddle boarding you can take a 2 hour class for $75 or you can rent 2 SUP boards (and paddles) for $50 for 2 hours ($35 for one board).
