Grand Junction's market continues to be on FIRE 🔥🔥🔥. For the most part everything is steady. The average amount of days on the market are slowly crawling down, the number of homes listed and sold is very high, and the average sold price is steady.
A few noticeable differences: The price of Multifamily homes went down significantly this month compared to prior months and there was a big increase in land properties sold this month; May had just 18 and June saw 31 parcels sold. See more stats below!
