2017 PARADE OF HOMES
The 2017 Parade of Homes is here!
We had an incredible first weekend with thousands of guests visiting the amazing properties and enjoying the talents of builders and designers here in our Grand Valley. Homes are featured in Grand Junction, Fruita and Palisade with incredible detail and craftsmanship that you will want to see! Builders are on-site to showcase their work and answer any questions about the homes.
Here are a few of the homes featured this year, as well as the three from our own Maves Construction team!

Fri and Saturday hours are 10-6 and Sunday 10-4
Tickets are $10 and are available at City Market locations in GJ and Fruita.
