Tuesday, July 17
What could be better than music and wine?! Enjoy The Scones (a rock n' roll band, not the food) on the lawn of Two Rivers Winery. Don't forget your picnic blanket and some snacks and buy a few tickets to benefit the Western Colorado Center for the Arts (The Art Center).
Friday, July 20
Who doesn't love a good Rockies game? Even better if it features fireworks! Take the family to Suplizio Fields at 6:40 PM for a fun night vs. Billings!
Saturday, July 21
Enjoy a true cowboy experience as you watch barrel racing at the Collbran Fairgrounds presented by CWBRA. This family-friendly event begins at 7:30 PM.
Sunday, July 22
The first Scramble of the series happens this Sunday! Colorado Backcountry Biker will be hosting a four race series on Powderhorn's downhill trails. You can register the day of for $35 or sign up for all races for just $90! Get outside and enjoy beautiful Powderhorn in the summer!
Monday July 23
This is a one day only event! Swan Lake (performed by the Bolshoi Ballet and Fathom Events) will be showing at Regal Canyon View Stadium 14 on Monday. This beautiful performance takes place at dark on the banks of a lake as Prince Siegfried meets the bewitched swan-woman Odette. He is completely in awe of her beauty and swears to be faitful to her forever, however Fate has another plan for the Prince...

It's finally time for the much anticipated, family-fun fair! Bring your kids and enjoy the carnival, animals, 4-H projects, Little Texas in concert Tuesday, Gala Of the Royal Horses Wednesday, wine tasting and pro bull riding Thursday, Working Ranch Rodeo Friday, demolition derby Saturday and more ALL FOR FREE (some events and activities have a charge). Our valley has so many amazing local products and services, and this is a great opportunity to try all of these. Don't miss it!

The farmers market is a staple event that must be done in the summer! Thankfully the Farm and Ranch Market at The Museums of Western Colorado's Cross Orchards Historic Site will be held every Wednesdays and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m through October 27.
Thursday, July 26
Need a little more country in your life this summer? The Williams Brothers Band - Blues Rock/Outlaw Country will be performing the last Thursday of July at the Fruita Civic Center Park at 7:30 PM for free!
Friday, July 27
Leave the kids with a sitter and go to Movies on the Rockies to see The Blues Brothers (must be 21+) This will be a fun chance to practice your dancing moves and do the Soul Man dance! If you want to enter the costume contest, dress as your favorite brother for a chance to win some great prizes! There will be great appetizers and speciality drinks before the movie. All tickets include movie admission, appetizers and a drink!
Saturday, July 28 - 29
This performance will be Saturday and Sunday in the Robinson Theatre at Colorado Mesa University. Enjoy Mozart's The Magic Flute performed by the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra (7:30 Saturday and 2:00 Sunday).
