October Events in Town!
Get in to the fall spirit with these fun events around Grand Junction. Whether you like art, photography, or drinking beer, there are events for everyone!
Oct. 5-6: Downtown Art Festival
Start October off right with the 3rd Annual Downtown Art Festival! Some of your favorite local businesses along with Downtown galleries will be displaying different types of art and there will also be artists performing throughout the day.
Oct 5-7: Canyon Edge Dance Classic
If you revel in the beauty of dance, head over to the DoubleTree Hotel for beautiful performances by Toby and Harmony Monroe. You will be able to enjoy West Coast Swing, Country, and Ballroom!
Oct 12-13: Rocky Horror Tribute Show
Celebrate the season with LIVE horror at the Mesa Theater. This event is being put on by Zero Productions and it is just $5 for a prop bag at the door. If you would like to learn more about this event, click here.
Oct. 13: Oktoberfest
Who doesn't love a good Oktoberfest?! Celebrate the season with beer, local music, and delicious food. This event will be going on from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m and tickets are selling fast!
Oct. 15: Henry Rollins Travel Slideshow
Henry Rollins has traveled all over the world, including the Middle East, South America, Africa, Central Asia, and Antarctica. He has photographed his journey and is now bringing it to Grand Junction in a special performance you won't want to miss from 8:30 -10:00!
Oct. 27: Spooktacular
The perfect event for your kids! There will be a costume parade, activities, and of course trick-or-treating!
