April Mesa County Market Update

The market is heating up! 88 more single-family homes were listed in April than in March. For the first time in a LOONGGG time the average sell price of a multifamily home was actually LESS than a single family home, although the single family homes were also down in price from last month. Homes are lasting longer on the market than they were a year ago, but it is speeding up from the past few months. You can see more about our Grand Junction market below!
